Therapeutic Group Home Care
Therapeutic Group Homes provide a family-like setting in the community while, at the same time, offering necessary emotional and behavioral treatment. Each of the homes is staffed with Teaching-Parents (a married couple who lives in the home with their own children) and serves six to eight youth. This provides a stable environment in which troubled youth ages 12 to 18 can experience healthy family interactions and learn to manage their emotions and behaviors. Mental Health services are provided, and youth attend public schools.
