Methodist Counseling Clinics

Methodist Counseling Clinics offer an array of services, including individual, family and group therapy; behavior management; medication management; as well as parent support and education.

Locations:

Referral sources - parents/guardians, school counselors/school psychologists, teachers, Arkansas Department of Human Services, primary care physicians, juvenile courts and other residential and acute psychiatric facilities

Length of treatment - individualized to client’s need; varies from brief (4 - 6 sessions) up to 18 months

Criteria for acceptance - children, adolescents and adults experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties

Payment sources - private insurance, Medicaid, ARKids First, private pay

Aftercare, placement and follow-up - Methodist Counseling Clinic provides aftercare services for the Continuum and is a referral source for the entire Continuum of Care
