All applicants must pass pre-employment requirements, including criminal background check, child maltreatment check, motor vehicle check, drug screen, physical. Must have verifiable references from previous employers. Must successfully complete a 40 hour orientation training. Must be physically able to perform CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and CPR/ First Aid techniques.
All direct care staff must be at least 21 years of age, have a college degree or have a minimum of 60 hours of college credit (copy of college transcript is required).
